Your body is a fascinating masterpiece of nature, consisting of 100 trillion cells. If you lined up all these cells side by side, you would circle the earth 60 times. Isn’t that fascinating?
We are a construct and an interplay of countless physiological processes and possess over 650 muscles, with the gluteus maximus being the largest in volume, the masseter the strongest and the latissimus dorsi the largest in size. In total, the human body has over 205 bones.
So much about basic facts of the human body. Are you aware of its strength?
How you treat your body tells a lot about you as a human being. Your outer appearance is always only a reflection of your thoughts. No one should though be reduced and looked at only on their physical appearance. In the end, the only thing that matters is how you feel about yourself and your body. Are you happy with it? Do you have pain or energy problems? Does your body prevent you from achieving your dreams and visions? Are you giving your body the nutrients it needs to function at its best?
Your body is your temple. Protect it with all possible means and always take care of it. It will thank you for it.
In order to create your dream body, you need to be clear about why you want to do this. What is your intention behind getting into action right now? Is it health problems or do you want to get in really good shape? The motives are different. The important thing for you is that the stronger your personal conviction about why you want to do this, the more likely it is going to happen.
I know exactly what it means to be reduced by your physcial appearance and to be judged by it. That’s why my motivation was to change this, so that I can ultimately accept and love myself how I am.
